The undergraduate honors program in Computing and Information Sciences at Kansas State University is administered under the auspices of the College of Engineering. The CS and IS honors advisor is Dr. William H. Hsu.

The honors program in CIS is based upon a freshman honors seminar, an honors colloquium for sophomores, and a junior/senior honors research project typically advised by a CIS faculty member or a de-jure CIS advisor when the de-facto advisor (for an interdisciplinary project or one in a related field) belongs to another department.

Eligibility information for engineering honors programs is available at the home page of the K-State School of Engineering Honors Program. This page also gives instructions regarding the required course sequence and typical research and study programs.
