Agenda: All-Hands Weekly Meeting

KDD group,

Our 15th general meeting for Spring 2024 will be held on Tuesday the 30th of April, 2024 from 15:00 - 16:00 U.S. Central time in the Zoom channel posted in #students-kdd Slack channel [Meeting ID: 947 5793 0408].

The agenda appears below. If your name is in red and bold, you are the designated reporter for the project subteam or task group listed in the agenda. Please be ready to give an update and if there is definitely no progress, message me privately so we don't waste time going over the item, but we are coordinated on the to-do list and do have a plan on how to make progress in the coming week. In particular, if there is a task rotation, and you don't have progress, then the to-do list may be piling up for the next person or subteam whom you are handing off to. All you have to do to make sure the to-do list is being gone down is to make sure it exists as a Trello board and/or wiki subpage; you can then just check the list some days before your update and discuss plans in the appropriate channel of our Slack teams. For teams not related to a sponsored research and development project, that is enough, and a meeting is not needed.
