When you are done learning a language for a project, do the following:

1. Go to the team account settings
2. Click "Members"
3. Enter the username or email address of the person that you wish to transfer to.
4. Make sure that you give them "Team Manager" privileges.
5. Delete yourself from the team (not your account).
